Premature damage has recently been rapidly rising in numerous Korean concrete road pavements. As a result, the expense of maintaining road pavement grows each year. Damage to materials used owing to inconsistencies in quality and difficulties in producing concrete mixtures suitable for each building site situation are two factors contributing to the sudden rise in premature failure. Therefore, it is essential to control the quality of the mixture and instantly reflect the conditions of the construction site in order to decrease the damage to road pavement and increase its lifespan. It is challenging to take into account the factors of the nearby building site, even if the current domestic ready-mixed concrete plant site produces concrete mixture in accordance with specifications, there is a difference in quality for each batch.
In order to compare and manage the production quality of concrete mixture based on the IoT sensor and provide real-time information using the cloud, we strive to discover a way to take the variables of the construction site into account in this study. Create machinery by adapting the Twin Shaft Mixer to the ICAR Plus Rheometer equipment theory. Additionally, rheological analysis is used to determine the flow and deformation of concrete materials in order to evaluate the quality of the concrete. For immediate data distribution, take into account an external output method additionally.
